Bruce Dick
Lead Pastor

Bruce is a born and bred North Dakotan farm boy who bleeds green and yellow.  He did his undergraduate at Grace University in Omaha and went on to Dallas Theological Seminary where he completed a MA in Biblical Studies.  Upon graduation from DTS, he made farming his official career and continued with the family farm until God called him to Bethel church in 1997.

Bruce has passion for teaching God's word in a relevant and applicational manner.  When he is not studying, meeting with people, casting vision, or keeping the staff under control; you might find him out in the field operating a green combine or shooting hoops down at the gym.  Bruce has four kids and recently celebrated 17 years of marriage to his lovely wife Trudy.

Ben Luethy
Pastor of Equipping

Ben grew up in Japan where his parents serve as missionaries. He spent his high school years in the Philippines attending Faith Academy, a missionary kid's boarding school and went on to received a B.A. from Moody Bible Institutes.  More importantly while at Moody, he met his lovely wife to be, Amanda.  Ben later went back to school and received a Master of Divinity from Heritage Theological Seminary in Cambridge Ontario.  Ben and Amanda are proud parents of their daughters Selah and Kaiyah, (that is unless their kids are crying in the grocery store in which case they pretend that they are watching their friend's kids.)

Ben joined Bethel's team as the Pastor of Equipping in the summer of 2009 .  His main role is equipping people for ministry.  When not studying, meeting with people, or keeping Bethel's staff on their toes, Ben enjoys time with the family, playing soccer, remodeling his home, and living life with friends.
