A Jesus-Centered, Contemporary Seder Celebration of the Last Supper

Items Needed:
Parsley or other bitter herbs (horseradish sauce also works!),
Dish of salt water
Water Bowl/Basin and Towel
Roasted Leg of Lamb:

Mashed Potatoes
A Gluten-Free bread alternative: 


1 1/4 Cup Brown rice flour
1 1/4 Cup Tapioca flour
1/2 Cup Sorghum flour
2 T Sugar
1 T Xantham gum
1 T Dry yeast (omit for naan or yeast free version)
1 tsp Salt
1 1/3 Cup Milk
1 Lg Egg
2 T Olive oil
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients. Combine and mix. Let sit 30 min. Roll and Form like challah bread or put in bread pan. Mix egg whir until foamy and brush on top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
