Our Staff

Bryce Harcey

Lead Pastor

Hi everyone! I’m so glad that God has led me to this community and to BEFC. My family moved here in August of 2016. Gina and I married in 2004 and we have 3 sons: Stanley, Timothy, and Henry. Gina and I enjoy the great outdoors, a good book, and a fresh cup of coffee. Our favorite pastime is simply getting together with friends and family to talk about Jesus and how he transforms every area of life.
I’m excited to see Devils Lake impacted to the glory of God through the ministry of BEFC. My role at Bethel is to coordinate the training and equipping of the church for greater discipleship and evangelism, supporting and coaching ministry leaders to their full potential, and ensuring the ministry is running as effectively as possible by God’s grace. I look forward to making Devils lake home and getting to know people from all walks of life.

Nathan Palatsky

Associate Pastor

Hi. I’m Nathan and I’m the Next Generation and Worship Pastor at Bethel. I’m originally from Los Angeles, but my story includes stops in Russia, California, the U.S. Marine Corps, central Nebraska and now Devils Lake, North Dakota since 2014. My wife’s name is Mackenzie and we were married in 2013. I grew up playing baseball, and follow every relevant professional sport. I’m patriotic, extroverted, and I love hanging out with teenagers (anyone really). So if you see me around town, or you happen to pass the church during the week and have a minute, please feel free to come say hello!
